I paid but my tracks are not unlocked
Usually a matter of seconds. Here is what to do if it takes longer.
Payments usually clear within seconds. If your order still says the payment is being confirmed:
- Open the order in Purchases, Orders and press Check payment.
- Wait a minute and refresh.
- If it still has not unlocked, write to us with your order number.
