Write to us about your account, an order, selling or delivering a catalog.
Can't find the answer here? Open Contact (at the bottom of the menu, beside Help) and write to us.
- Choose who you are: Fan, DJ, Artist, Producer, Label, Distributor or Something else, and what it is about.
- For an order or a download, add the date or the track, so we can find it fast. If you are signed in, we see your account with your message.
- Distributors answer a few questions about their catalog instead: the company, the website, how many labels and releases, and how you would deliver.
We reply by email, usually within two working days. For music on the store that should not be here, use Report a rights problem.
